4. Booking, fees, and cancellations

Fees, package pricing, and payment arrangements are as published on the site or as agreed with you. When you book and pay, you agree to the cancellation and refund rules stated in the program or booking section of this website (including any notice periods and fees described there). If a term on the site is updated after your booking, the version in effect at the time of your confirmed booking normally applies unless we agree otherwise.

Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months before you notify us, except where the law does not allow such a cap.
